| Robert
Humphreys - Chairman of the Board - Robert Humphreys has more than 30
years of automotive and business experience. He has founded or co-founded
four businesses in Southern California, including Cartel Marketing, Inc.
in 1984. Prior to Cartel Marketing, Mr. Humphreys was General Sales Manager
of Executive Car Leasing, and Director of Finance and Insurance for Nesen
Motor Car Company, Miller Imports and Daniel Chevrolet. He has also worked
as a Branch Manager for Northwest Financial and was a Life Underwriter for
Ameritas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Humphreys earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
Jack Edelstein - Executive Director - Mr. Edelstein has more than 30 years of automotive and insurance industry experience. Prior to ExpressLink, he co-founded Cartel Marketing, Inc., and Express Systems, Inc., a leading aftermarket marketing firm in Irvine. Earlier in his career, he worked as both general manager and owner of several automobile dealerships. Mr. Edelstein attended Cal-State University, Northridge and is involved in many charitable organizations, including STOP CANCER, founded by Occidental Chairman, the late Dr. Armand Hammer. Brian Murphy - President & Chief Operating Officer - Mr. Murphy's domestic and international experience in the retail automotive and financial services industry spans over 20 years. Prior to joining ExpressLink, Mr. Murphy served as VP of Financial Services for Overseas Military Sales Corporation, where he led the development and implementation of the company's growth and operational strategies. His varied industry experience includes leadership positions at Ford Motor Credit Company and General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Mr. Murphy has served as Board Vice President of the Connecticut Auto Trades Association. He holds a Marketing degree from the Rutgers University School of Business and an MBA in Management from Montclair State University. Paul Kane - Chief Administrative Officer - Mr. Kane joined ExpressLink in 1995 and is responsible for leading the company's internal management team as well as the company's insurance and administrative activities. Mr. Kane has extensive experience working with insurance regulations and managing policy underwriting. He oversees the company's insurance expansion initiatives, which includes the development, design, and approval of state-specific, point-of-sale auto insurance plans. He is also involved with various state specific business development initiatives. Mr. Kane earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from UCLA in 1988. Larry Stone - Executive Vice President-Sales, Cartel Insurance Services, LLC - Mr. Stone has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and insurance industries. He has been in sales with Cartel for over 15 years and is currently responsible for the daily operations of Cartel Insurance Services. During that time he has been instrumental in executing various sales, marketing and growth initiatives. Mr. Stone's professional career includes extensive experience in dealership operations and he has served as a salesman, Finance Director, and General Sales Manager of several large franchises in Southern California, including Toyota, Nissan, Chrysler and Dodge. Jon Danley - Vice President, Administration - Mr. Danley joined Cartel Marketing in 1987 and has more than 26 years of auto insurance and management experience. He is responsible for the Policy Production, Policy Service, Lender Verifications, Claims, and Customer Service. Prior to ExpressLink, he held administrative and management positions with Workmen's Auto, Baldwin & Lyons Protective Insurance Company, USAA, and Safeco. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Arizona State University. Sean Willis - Vice President, IT Systems - Mr. Willis has more than 13 years of technology experience, including the development of enterprise operating platforms and agency management systems. Mr. Willis joined ExpressLink in 1988 and has been instrumental in building the Company's customer and database information management, integration, and client support. Michael Neustadt - Vice President, Internet Technologies - Mr. Neustadt has more than 25 years of technology and management experience. Mr. Neustadt joined ExpressLink in 1999 and has been a key influence in the building of ExpressLink's internet presence and on-line Menu of Products and Services. He is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of ExpressLink's internet and online infrastructure. Mr. Neustadt has held several senior IT management positions including Vice President of Technology for Cardservice Bankcard where he oversaw IT project management and systems architecture. |
